Employers "still" pay fees in exchange for public contracts

The secretary general of the Catalan employers said to have fallen but laments that "there are those who want to earn a living"

David Garrofé, CECOT secretary general, said in an interview on 3/24 political parties still require public commissions in exchange for concessions.

Garrofé, asked whether employers will continue to demand commission said that "much less any employer says we still see some strange practice that."
